We work in 10k, 14k, 18k, and 22k gold in yellow, white, and rose tones; platinum 950; sterling silver 925; and palladium. We also formulate custom gold alloys, including peach and champagne tones, light to deep rose, and natural or bright white, with reference matching. Plating and finish options include white and black rhodium, gold plating in multiple karats, vermeil on sterling, and polished, matte, or satin surfaces. Tell us the metal, color, and finish you have in mind.

Tell us what you want to create and what jewelry, gold, or stones you would like to reuse. We assess the piece and materials, then confirm the reuse options, proposed work, pricing, and timing before proceeding.

Most custom pieces run two to four weeks from approved CAD, with rush options available. Larger runs and collections are scheduled around your launch dates. The scope and timing for your project are confirmed during review, and your quote includes the timeline. Your portal shows progress against it.

QC photographs come to you for approval before shipment. If there is a craftsmanship or quality defect, we remake the piece at no charge. Nothing reaches you or your customer unapproved.
